The Second Annual Conference and Children's Bible Festival

For everyone from the Partnership and other churches

For our 2nd annual conference, our focus is firmly on the mission that Christ has given to the church to proclaim the saving message of the gospel to a lost and broken world.

Our main speaker will be Steve Timmis who is passionately committed to putting mission at the heart of local churches and local churches at the heart of mission. He will challenge us to see that being mission-minded means more than simply including evangelism in the church programme. It means shaping the whole life of our churches by the gospel.

Steve began The Crowded House - a network of missional communities in Sheffield and Loughborough with a commitment to church planting.
He was previously founding Director of Radstock Ministries. He is Co-Director of Northern Training and is co-author with Tim Chester of Total Church: a radical reshaping around gospel and community.

Seminars
In the second session of the day, there will be a choice of seminar options exploring the practicalities of reaching different groups with the gospel.

Children's Bible Festival
This year we are pleased to be able to offer an exciting programme of children’s activities and Bible-teaching, alongside the adult programme.

• Early Years Fun for children from age 2½ to Reception
• Champions’ Challenge for children in yrs 1 to 6
  

For younger children, a supervised crèche will be available during the two sessions before lunch.
