Internationals

All international students and workers are welcome to the BH Global Cafe every Friday evening. At 5pm, enjoy playing football, table tennis, pool or other games. From 6-8pm, there’s a hot meal (we ask for a donation of a £1.50 for this), time to learn about life and culture in the UK and around the world, games and quizzes… A wonderful opportunity to practice your English and meet friendly local people…and it’s FREE!

We’re from Bishop Hannington Church, Hove, and we’d like to welcome people from all nationalities and backgrounds who are studying or working away from their home country. At the end of the Cafe, we invite people to stay for a short talk from the Bible introducing the Christian faith plus a time to discuss – this is optional.

To get to the Global Cafe take the 5 or 5A bus, both of which stop on Holmes Avenue, or the train to Aldrington Station. To see a map and Autumn term programme click on the link below.
