Costa Tuesdays
What?
Costa Tuesdays is a place to meet friends, to drink coffee (or whatever you fancy), to meet with Jesus through his word and to grow in our faith together.

Who?
Costa Tuesdays is for anyone who likes coffee (or tea, hot chocolate, fruit cooler etc.) and who wants to talk more about Jesus. Primarily it’s aimed at those aged 18-30s, whether you’re a student, worker, or maybe an international student, but we’re open to absolutely anyone, no matter how old you are, where you live, what you do, you’d be very welcome to join us.
You don’t have to be a Christian, belong to Bishop Hannington Church, or do anything… all we ask is that you buy a drink.
What?
When we meet together, we spend the first 30 minutes simply as a time to chat, catch up and meet new people. We begin our session at 8pm with a 25-minute talk based on the Bible passage, after that we spend another 25 minutes in small groups chatting through the issues raised by the passage and how it helps us to follow Jesus today. We’ll use that time to pray for one another too. Each term we have a couple of events which are aimed at sharing the good news of Jesus with friends who don’t know him, these are marked in blue.
When? Where?
We currently meet each Tuesday during school term-times (roughly) at Costa Coffee in George Street, Hove.
This term we’ll be meeting each week from 6th September through till 6th December.
We meet from 7.30pm until 9.00pm. Sometimes people hang out after at the Slug & Lettuce pub next door.
