Welcome to Bishop Hannington Church
Bishop Hannington ChurchSimply, we’re a church.  That’s not a building, (although we use one), but a group of people who are committed to following Jesus Christ. If you are a Christian believer, we hope you’ll be built up in your faith in Jesus.  If you’re not yet a Christian, we'll be delighted if you come.

Bishop Hannington Church is part of the national Church of England, in the Diocese of Chichester and in the deanery of Hove. We were named after a 19th Century missionary martyr and the church is evangelical by definition, and proclaims Jesus Christ as the saviour of the world in which we live.

Our regular weekly practice is to teach from the Bible and to set out to explain the Bible passage or themes to all - young or old, church member or casual visitor, those who are searching for truth and those who are simply curious.
